摘要
目的建立乙酰吉他霉素颗粒中主药溶出度的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,在231 nm波长处测定乙酰吉他霉素颗粒中主药的吸收度,并计算回收率和溶出度。结果乙酰吉他霉素检测浓度线性范围为5.230-41.84 mg·L^-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=0.37%,n=9);三批样品在45 min溶出量均在75%以上。结论本方法准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的溶出度测定。
Aim To establish the method of the determination of the main drug dissolution in acetyl kitasamycin particles.Methods The main drug absorption in acetyl kitasamycin particles was determined in the 231 nm wavelength by UV spectrophotometry,and its recovery and were calculated dissolution.Results The linear range was from 5.230 to 41.84 mg·L^-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.9%(RSD being 0.37%,n=9).The dissolutions of three samples at 45 minutes were all more than 75 percent.Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable and could be used for the determination of the dissolution of acetyl kitasamycin particles.
