奥司他韦(达菲)治疗流感样症状病例的疗效分析

目的观察磷酸奥司他韦治疗流感样症状患者的疗效。方法47例流感样症状患者的病例,随机分成两组,治疗组22例,磷酸奥司他韦75 mg,每日2次口服,疗程5 d;对照组25例,常规流感对症治疗（感冒灵冲剂）,疗程5-7 d。结果治疗组发热持续时间较对照组平均缩短24 h,其他流感样症状治疗组比对照组平均缩短21 h。结论奥司他韦作为抗流感病毒药物治疗流感样症状患者安全有效。

Aim To observe,oseltamivir phosphate treatment of Influenza symptoms samples efficacy.Methods 47 patients with suspected cases ofInfluenza symptoms samples were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,22 cases,oseltamivir phosphate 75 mg,2 times a day orally,time of treatment 5 days;control group,25 cases,conventional symptomatic treatment of influenza（flu Chongji）,treatment 5~7 d.Results The duration of fever treatment group compared with the control group reduced their average 24 h,other influenza-like symptoms,the treatment group compared with the control group reduced their average 21 h.Conclusion oseltamivir,as anti-influenza virus drug treatment of Influenza symptoms samples safe and effective.
