我院2007～2009年抗高血压药物应用分析

Utilization of antihypertensive drugs in a hospital of Anhui,China

目的了解该院抗高血压药物的使用情况及发展趋势。方法对该院2007-2009年抗高血压药物的品种、金额、用药频度等指标进行统计与分析。结果该院抗高血压药物用药频度和销售金额均呈逐年上升趋势,各年度钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂（ARB）及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）销售金额均排在前三位。结论该院最常用的抗高血压药为CCB、ARB和ACEI等,应用情况符合目前的抗高血压用药原则。

Aim To investigate the current situation and trend of the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in Wuwei People＇s hospital.Methods The antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital during the period from 2007 to 2009 were statistically analysed in respect of the sorts,expenses and DDDs.Results The DDDs and the consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital increased year by year.Calcium channel blockers（CCBs）,angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers（ARBs）and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors（ACEIs）ranked among the top three places in terms of consumption sum from the year 2007 to 2009.Conclusion CCBs,ARBs and ACEIs were predominantly used in our hospital,which conform to the current medication principle of antihypertensive drugs.
