如何为"大学生‘村官'计划"提供长期性、连贯性的支持和保障,成为各级组织亟待解决的重点问题。从内容型激励理论展开分析,探讨江苏省的经验做法,建立大学生"村官"的服务保障机制具有重要的现实意义。
How to provide consistently support and security for "college-graduate village official" in the long run becomes the most emergency problem for organizations at different levels. To analyze this problem, we will start from content theory, and then discuss the actions and practices of Jiangsu province and the importance of build a security mechanism of service for "college-graduate village official" in existing situation.
