摘要
社会管制是在纠正市场失灵的基础上发展起来的理论。提升政府管制能力,实现良好的社会管制是构建社会主义和谐社会的要求。文章从政府管制能力的界定出发,结合模型和社会现实对中国政府的社会管制能力进行评估,并探索提升中国政府管制能力的目标选择。
Social regulation is the theories built on the foundation of adjusting the market failure. To improve the government regulation capacity and achieve the better social regulation is the requirement of constructing the socialist harmonious society. This paper combines the model and social reality and accesses the government social regulation capacity from the definition of government regulation capacity, and then explores the selective goals to enhance the government regulation capacity.
