摘要
介绍了自20世纪70年代到现阶段百部生物碱的研究历史、化学结构分类、波谱特征、药理活性研究的研究进展和传统百部的止咳和高效低毒的杀虫功用特性。提出百部具有开发绿色杀虫剂的广泛前景,同时,指出在生物碱的研究中发现一些对叶百部生物碱有较好的镇咳活性,但还有待于从合成的角度去进一步研究,以弥补百部生物碱在药材中含量及提取纯化工艺的限制,从而进一步提升对百部生物碱的开发利用。
The thesis introduced the progress made in the research of stemona alkaloid from seventies to now from the perspective of its research history,chemical structure classification,spectrum feature,and pharmacological activities study.The thesis emphasized the traditional antitussive function and the desinsection property of stemona and pointed out the prospect of extensive use of stemona as green pesticide.It also pointed out that though some alkaloids from stemona sessilifolia was discovered to possess excellent antitussive activity,further research still need to be done from the prospect of compund to compensate for the minimum percentage of alkaloids in medicinal materials and the deficiency of the extract technique.
