摘要
用钛硅分子筛(HTS)/30%H2O2催化苯乙烯绿色氧化制取苯乙醛。通过正交实验得到最佳的工艺条件:反应温度为65℃,苯乙烯/H2O2的摩尔比=1∶1.5,苯乙烯/HTS分子筛的质量比=1∶0.3。在最佳条件下,苯乙烯转化率为99.5%,苯乙醛选择性为83.0%。
In the experiment of catalytic green oxidation of styrene to phenylacetaldehyde by using HTS/30%H2O2,the optimum processing condition was obtained through orthogonal experiment:the reaction temperature was 65 ℃,the molar ratio of styrene to H2O2 was 1∶1.5,the mass ratio of styrene to HTS was 1∶0.3.Under the optimum condition,the conversion of styrene was 99.5%,the selectivity of phenylacetaldehyde was 83.0%.
