摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌的高频钼靶影像学表现、病理及分子生物学指标CerbB2蛋白之间的相关性。方法:回顾性观察分析160例经乳腺高频钼靶摄影检查、手术及病理证实的乳腺癌的影像学表现。术后标本应用免疫组织化学染色测定乳腺癌原发灶癌细胞CerbB2的表达情况,并分析与高频钼靶影像学之间的关系。结果:160例乳腺癌中,乳腺癌高频钼靶影像X线类型中单纯钙化组与癌细胞分子生学指标CerbB2阳性表达呈正相关(P〈0.05),肿块伴钙化组与癌细胞分子生学指标CerbB2阳性表达呈正相关(P〈0.05);肿块大小、恶性钙化、TNM分期与癌细胞CerbB2阳性表达之间相关(P〈0.01);淋巴结转移与癌细胞CerbB2阳性表达之间相关(P〈0.05);肿块边缘有毛刺与癌细胞CerbB2阳性表达水平之间相关(P〈0.01)。结论:乳腺癌X线类型与癌细胞分子生物学指标CerbB2之间相关;乳腺癌高频钼靶X线征象与分子生物学指标CerbB2蛋白之间存在一定的相关性。乳腺癌的高频钼靶X线征象从一定程度上反映了癌细胞的生物学行为和预后,为临床治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。
Objective:To explore the correlation among mammographic features,pathology and molecular biology CerbB2 of the breast cancer. Methods:The mammographic features of 160 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. The expression of CerbB2 in mastectomy specimens were measured with immunohistochemistry in which the relationship was analyzed between the immunohistochemical pathologic results,and mammographic features. Results:Among the 160 cases of breast cancers,HI-TEGH mammographic X-ray mass of breast cancer calcification were a positive correlation with the expression of CerbB2 (P 0.05);CerbB2 positive expression were a positive correlation with the margin calcification of breast cancer (P0.05). CerbB2 positive expression was positively correlation with the tumor size,malignant calcifications,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis(P 0.05)and showed burr-like mass of breast cancer (P0.01). Conclusion:There are relative correlation among HI-TEGH mammographic features and the CerbB2 in breast cancer. The biologic behavior and prognosis can be assessed according to HI-TEGH mammographic features,which can provide objective basis for choice of clinical treatment.
