超重肥胖与血小板参数的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解正常体重、超重、肥胖体内血小板参数的变化情况,探讨体重指数与血小板分类参数的相关性;方法:对575例健康体检者在早晨、空腹、脱鞋帽外套的统一情况下,测定身高、体重,计算体重指数,采末梢静脉血样,进行BC-3000细胞仪分析,并进行统计;结果:不同性别正常组、超重组、肥胖组血小板4项均数的比较无差异显著性(P>0.05);每组年龄段血小板4项的均数进行差异性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常体重与超重、肥胖、严重肥胖间血小板参数的均数比较,血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板比积(PCT)之间无统计学意义;血小板分布宽度(PDW)之间有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);体重指数与PDW之间呈正相关(r=0.102,P<0.01);结论:超重、肥胖者代谢早期微血管的变化和血小板分布宽度有显著相关性,重视血小板参数的变化对提示代谢综合征微血管病变有一定价值。 Objective:To understand the changes of the platelet parameters in normal weight,overweight and obesity in vivo,and to explore the correlation of the body mass index and the parameters of platelet classification. Methods:575 cases of healthy individuals in the morning,fasting,and without shoes,hats and jacket,measured the height,weight;and calculated body mass index;and took peripheral venous blood samples of analysis through the BC-3000 Cytometry,and to analysed these statistical data. Results:The average values of the four platelet parameters in different gender among the normal,overweight and obesity groups showed no significant difference (P0.05);the average values of the four platelet parameters in different ages also showed no significant difference (P0.05).The average values of the platelet parameters ,such as PLT,MPV and PCT in the normal,overweight and obesity groups showed no significant difference (P0.05),but the average value of PDW was significant statistical significance(P0.01); the values of the body mass index and PDW were positive correlations (r=0.102,P0.01). Conclusion:The overweight people and the obesity people whose microvascular change and PDW were significant correlation with early microvascula change. To recognize the importance of the changes of the platelet parameters may have a certain value of the microvascular pathological changes to the metabolic syndrome.
