摘要 以一起火灾事故为研究背景,结合数值模拟软件进行模拟研究,通过网格独立性分析、单罐模型模拟和全尺寸模拟三个步骤重构了火灾场景。对比模拟结果和现场勘查结果以及火灾监控录像,验证了模拟的准确性。模拟结果表明:吸收系数越大则反应釜罐壁越容易燃烧,辐射的强度和间距成非线性关系。4个监测点的数据拟合出经验公式,可用于粗略计算不同间距下的辐射强度。全尺寸的模拟结果为火灾调查提供依据的同时也提出了改进的建议。 With the real chemical factory fire background, recreate the fire situation using the numerical simulation software. The process contains three steps: the grid independence analysis; single canister model simulation and the full-scale simulation. The result shows agreement with the fire monitor and fire investigation, which shows the exactness of simulation. The result illustrates the relationship between absorption coefficient and fire delay time, and the fit formula between distance and radiate intensive. The full-scale simulation supports the fire investigation and monitor record. It also gives out the improve method.
