摘要
高职院校"双师型"师资培养的深层问题主要是:没有专业、系统的岗前教育;在职教育由于种种原因处于较低水平;缺乏配套的保障、支持系统;教师参与积极性不高。我们要学习职业教育发达国家的经验,寻找解决办法。
The deep-seated prolems of double-qualification faculty training in higher vocational colleges are: no professional and systematic pre-job training,the weak in-service training,the lack of insurance and supporting system and teachers' low enthusiasm for participation.Therefore,we should learn from those counties with highly-developed higher vocational education for solutions.
