摘要
教师的形象和人格魅力是开启学生心灵的一把钥匙,因而教师应以良好的职业形象来赢得学生的信任与敬重,而提倡"为人师表,身正为范"正是高校女教师职业形象塑造的关键,也是外在美与内在美的和谐统一要求。
Teachers＇ professional image and personal charm are the keys to the doors of students＇ soul.Therefore,teachers should build good images to win their trust and respect.The call for ＂setting models for others＂ is the key to achieve that and the requirement for the harmony of outer and inner beauty.
