80后的青年教师已经走上了大学的讲台,他们是教师队伍的生力军。分析80后教师的特点,关注他们的发展需要,帮助其缓解压力,促进青年教师的快速成长及学校的发展。
After-80s teachers are the fresh troops of the faculty team.Analyzing their characteristics,caring about their developing reqirements and helping them relieving stress can promote a rapid development of them and the college.
