摘要
无领导小组讨论作为一种人才选拔的重要方式,已得到广泛重视。这种考核方式对学生职业能力的培养功能也可以在高职院校学生干部队伍建设的过程中得到运用和发掘。如此,可以弥补在传统学生干部队伍建设中存在的不足,切实提高学生干部的核心竞争力。
As an important way of selecting talents,leaderless group discussion has been widely paid attention to.If it is applied to cultivating students＇ professional abilitities,HVE student leaders construction will be improved and their core competitiveness will be boosted.
