大理学院体育教育专业人才培养模式与需求关系的研究

Research on the Talent Training Mode and Relationship of Talent Demand of Physical Education Major

高等院校体育教育专业人才培养如何适应我国基础教育需要,是当前急需解决的重要课题。通过对大理学院体育教育专业的培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍、学生教育实习以及中学急需的体育教师类型、规格等进行调查分析,发现大理学院体育教育专业人才培养目标与基础体育教学目标存在着不相适应的一面。就该问题进行分析,并提出建议,力求为大理学院体育教育专业人才培养目标的制定提供参考依据。

It is the important subject needed solving urgently,how PE major talent training work to meet the needs of basic education in universities and colleges.The paper conducts an investigation and makes an analysis of PE major training objectives,curriculum arrangement,teacher conditons,student teaching practice in Dali university,PE teacher＇s type and size needed by secondary school,etc.The author finds that the professional talent training objectives can＇t adjust to the elementary PE teaching goals.It provids a refference for the development of training objectives of Physical Education in Dali university.
