摘要
交通基础设施是城市发展的必要条件,也是制约城市发展的主要因素之一.近几年,我国市政交通基础设施建设投资额不断提高,规模和建设速度不断增长,但是由于多种原因,我国市政交通基础设施没有发挥应有的功能.本文针对市政公用交通设施建设项目的现状,结合建设项目后评价理论,分析了市政交通设施建设项目及项目后评价的特点,提出了市政公用设施建设项目后评价的内容体系,并以圆明园西路交通基础设施改造建设工程为例,对该项目的全过程,实施效果,目标和可持续性进行后评价.
Transport infrastructure is an essential part of one city and may also restrict its development without proper growth.In recent years,the transport infrastructure investment has been improved significantly.However,due to various reasons,the municipal transport infrastructure does not perform well as expected.According to the status of municipal transport infrastructure projects,and combined with the construction project evaluation theory,the paper analyzed the status of municipal transportation construction projects and the characteristic of projects post-project evaluation,and then put forward its evaluation content system of municipal transport.It also took the transport infrastructure reconstruction project of Yuanmingyuan West Road in Beijing as an example for post-project evaluation,and then analyzed the entire proceeding,application,implementing goals,and sustainability of the project.
