健脾调脂汤对高三酰甘油血症患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘要 目的观察健脾调脂汤对高三酰甘油血症(TG)患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法筛选50例高三酰甘油血症患者为HTG组,另选50名健康者为对照组。高TG组予健脾调脂汤治疗,治疗8周,观察治疗前后临床特征、胰岛素抵抗程度及血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平变化。结果健脾调脂汤治疗8周后,其TG、空腹胰岛素及空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、FFA明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高三酰甘油患者存在明显的胰岛素抵抗,健脾调脂汤治疗可以降低血三酰甘油,减轻胰岛素抵抗。
