摘要
介绍了生物传感器的基本组成、工作原理、分类及其在环境监测上的应用,主要有生化需氧量的测定、酸雨、水体富营养化、细菌总数、硫化物、有机农药、表面活性剂、酚等的测定等,同时探讨了生物传感器存在的不足,并对生物传感器的发展方向及前景进行了展望。
The basic principle,composition,classification of biosensors are introduced.Applications of biosensors on environmental monitoring are reviewed.The biosensors are used for determinating the BOD,acid rain,water eutrophication,the cell population,sulfide,organic pesticide,surfactant,phenols and others.The shortcoming of the biosensors technology are discussed and the development tendency and prospect of environmental biosensors in the future are predicted.
