摘要
分析了当前建设项目总承包管理的现状,运用系统论的观点研究项目管理,并提出了提高建设工程总承包管理水平的几条途径,以使总承包项目的控制目标得以实现。
The paper analyzes the current situation for the general contract management of the construction program and the research project management by using system theory,and points out some channels to improve the general contract management of the construction projects,so as to realize the controlling purpose of the general contract programs.
