摘要
针对铁路工程项目周期长、投资规模大,且复杂多变和预测难度较大的特点,结合我国现阶段的实际情况,分析了铁路工程各阶段造价控制的意义,并提出了铁路工程造价控制的有效途径,以达到降低工程成本的目的。
Aiming at the characteristics of railway engineering,that is long period,large investment scale,complexity and difficulties in prediction,the paper combining with the facts in China,analyzes the significance of the costs control in all stages of the railway projects,and points out the effective channels for the costs control of the railway projects,so as to lower the engineering costs.
