摘要
根据多年的施工管理经验,结合铁路预制梁场成本控制情况一定的特殊性,就如何加强预制梁场的成本管理和控制进行了研究,从加强成本监督和加强成本控制两方面具体阐述了对预制梁场成本控制的方法和措施,具有一定指导意义。
According to many years construction management experience,the author researches the enhancement of the cost management and control of the precast beam field combining with some specialty of railway precast beam field cost control situation,and describes concretely the cost control method and measure of the precast beam field from the enhancement of the cost monitoring and control,which has certain guidance significance.
