The paper introduces the principle and the working steps of the landpac continuous impact compaction technique,and indicates the role of the landpac impact compaction technique in improving the general strength of pavement of express roads and reducing the natural settlement of the pavement, so as to extend the application of the impact compaction of the impact compaction technique.
