玉田县城市避震减灾绿地体系规划研究

Study on the Urban Green Space System Planning for Earthquake Resistance and Hazardous Reduction of Yutian Town

地震给人们的生命财产造成重大损失,我国是世界上遭受地震灾害损失最为严重的国家之一。基于城市绿地的避震减灾功能,文章从城市避震减灾绿地体系的概念出发,在玉田县城市总体规划的指导下,依托于玉田县绿地系统的规划结构、布局以及层次,结合地震及其二次灾害发生时序、灾民避灾特征以及玉田县受灾防灾减灾特点等,初步研究规划建立城乡并重、逐级控制、多因素结合、安全选址、有序可达、平灾结合及具有玉田县城市针对性的避震减灾绿地体系的内容和方法。

Earthquake often causes enormous losses of people＇s life and property.China is one of the countries hit most seriously by earthquake in the world.Based on earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction functions of urban green space,according to the urban planning of Yutian town,the planning structure,frame-work and the levels of the urban green space system of the county,combined with the timing of earthquake and secondary disaster occurred,characteristics of avoiding calamity by victims,as well as hitting and prevention of the disasters,how to build up the green space system of earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction which has the characteristics of laying equal stress on the cities and the countryside,controlled by grade,combining with multi-factors,selecting the safe locations,entering into the area orderly,considering both usual and bad time and well targeted to Yutian town is primarily explored.
