面向规划管理需求的城乡绿地分类研究

Study on the Planning and Management Demand-oriented Urban-rural Green Space Classification

城市绿地分类研究是绿地系统规划和实行绿地分类管理的重要技术支撑。在对现行绿地分类标准进行反思以及对当前绿地规划建设焦点探讨的基础上,提出城乡一体的绿地分类:一方面修正现行公园绿地分类,城市建成区内构建"城市公园—社区公园"两级公园体系,突出游憩康乐功能;另一方面,进一步明确、细分"其他绿地",加强对市域非建设用地在类型上的管理与功能上的引导,突出生态保护、景观游憩、空间结构控制等核心功能,为完善现行绿地分类标准做出有益的探索。

The study on classification of urban green space provides a crucial technical support for urban green space system and implementing the classified management of green space.Based on the rethinking on the current green space classification standard and key points of green space planning,the urban-rural integrated classification of urban-rural green space is put forward.On the one hand,the paper tries to modify the classification of green space in the current classification standard,and park system composed of ＂urban park-community park＂ is established in the built-up area,which highlights the function of recreation and leisure;on the other hand,the classification of ＂other green spaces＂ is made clear and strengthens the management and function guidance on the non-constructive land types,which emphasizes the vital function of ecological conservation,leisure,and spatial structure control.Generally,the paper does a good job for exploring the improvement of classification of green space.
