摘要
酸值作为评定新油品质量和判断运行中油质氧化程度的主要指标之一,其监控对延长导热油使用寿命和保证锅炉安全运行方面有重要意义。文章阐述了酸值指标的概念以及酸值与金属腐蚀的关系,通过对比实验比较了两种酸值测定方法的特点与差异,并结合个人实践经验,提出了在进行酸值测定时应该注意的问题,供广大同仁参考。
Acid number is the key indicator to judge the quality of the heat transfer oils that is not used and the oxidative degree of the oils that used.It is very important to monitor acid number for extending working lives of heat transfer oils’and ensuring the safety of the boilers.In the paper,the conception of acid number and the relationship between acid number and metal corrosion were elaborated.Characteristics and differences of two methods to determinate acid number were compared by the experiments.Incorporating with some personal experience,several attentive points were proposed in the determination of acid number.Hoping to be helpful to the operators in the same field.
