摘要
由于城市污水中悬浮物比较多,对阴离子洗涤剂检测测定会产生干扰。本文通过实验用中速定性滤纸过滤水样、加异丙醇消泡、用玻璃棉或脱脂棉过滤氯仿层等不同手段对比去除干扰效果,并提出比较有效的方法。结果表明在城市生活污水水质检测中,用亚甲蓝法测定阴离子表面活性剂时,遇到微颗粒悬浮物的情况,应该优先使用脱脂棉过滤悬浮物附带的干扰。
Because there is more suspended substance in the urban sewage water,the interference is priduced for measurement of anionic surfactants.By comparing different methods of filtering which is with medium-speed qualitative filter paper or isopropanol or absorbent cotton and so on by experimental,the best effective methods are suggested.The results show that when there is micro-particles suspended substance in water quality detection of municipal sewage using the methylene blue method anionic surfactants,absorbent cotton to filter the suspended substance should be priorily used.
