对氯邻硝基乙酰乙酰苯胺的高效液相色谱分析

Quantitative Analysis of P-Chloro-O-Nitroacetoacetanilide by HPLC

文章采用高效液相色谱内标法.以甲醇+水为流动相,嘧霉胺为内标物,使用以Shim-packVP-ODS不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在252nm波长下对试样中的对氯邻硝基乙酰乙酰苯胺进行分离和定量分析。结果表明对氯邻硝基乙酰乙酰苯胺的线性关系系数为0.9998。标准偏差为0.21。变异系数为0.22%。平均回收率为100.2%。

Quantitative analysis of p-Chloro-o-nitroacetoacetanilide was conducted by HPLC using an Shim-pack VP-ODS column,methanol＋water as mobile phase,Pyrimethanil as internal standard and at UV 252 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99988,the standard deviation was 0.029, the coefficient of variation was 0.70%,the average recovery was 99.92%.
