摘要
对延迟焦化装置加热炉传统流程和单点注汽工艺改造。在加热炉本体利旧的前提下,通过对焦化加热炉辐射流程、注汽位置、数量和注汽量的科学配置,确保炉管内不发生严重结焦的前提下,达到增加介质在炉管内的反应深度和增加焦化加热炉对焦化反应供给热量的目的,从而提高加热炉处理能力,改善加热炉操作环境,延长加热炉生产周期。
The technical transformation of delayed coking furnace in traditional flow and single-pointed steam injection processing was given.Based on application of the existing facilities,the objective of increase reaction depth in furnace tube and heat supplied were achieved without serious coking in tubes through scientific allocation of radiation flow pattern,steam injection position,steam injection amount and steam consumption.The application of technology can increase furnace capacity,improve furnace operating condition and extend furnace running cycle.
