摘要
介绍了HPF脱硫工艺的应用情况,对于工艺和设备上的不足进行了改进。脱硫后煤气中的H2S小于100mg/m3。采用氨气为碱源,不需另外加碱;采用板框式压滤机,运行成本低,操作环境好,具有明显的经济效益。
The application of HPF desulphurization process was described and the imperfections relating with the process and equipment were improved.The H2S content in gas after desulphurization was less than 100 mg/m3.Ammonia liquor was used as alkali source without additional soda adding.The use of plate and frame type filter press was charaterized by no steam consumption,low running cost,good operation environment and obvious economic benefit.
