摘要
壳聚糖能被过氧化氢氧化降解得到水溶性的壳低聚糖。反应介质、H2O2浓度、反应温度和反应时间都会对壳聚糖的降解速率和产品性能产生影响。结果表明,在2%HAC,3%H2O2时控制不同的温度可在一定分子量范围内控制壳聚糖降解程度。
Soluble chitosan with low molecular weight can be decomposed from chitosan oxidating with H2O2,The reacting medium,concentration of H2O2, reacting temporature and time all can affect the speed of decomposition and the character of the products.The results indicate that with 2%HAC and 3%H2O2,the extent of decomposition in certain range of molecular mass was masted through controlling of the reacting temperature.
