The Higher Vocational Education Legislation Comparativeness Between Germany and China and the Improvement of Higher Vocational Education Legislation in China

我国高等职业教育的立法不足以促进高职教育质量的提升,本文研究了德国高等职业教育的立法特色,并根据德国的经验提出了完善我国高等职业教育立法的措施。

Inadequate legislation of China＇s higher vocational education affects the quality enhancement of China＇s higher vocational education. The paper studied German legislation features of higher vocational education and put forward some measures for improving China;s higher vocational education legislation according to the German experience.
