BHK21细胞冻存密度与复苏后活力的关系分析

Relationship between Density of Frozen BHK21 Cells and Viability after Recovery

对BHK21细胞不同的冻存密度与细胞复苏后活力的关系进行了统计分析。首先取处于对数生长期的细胞,以4种不同的密度进行冻存,这4种密度分布在0.5×107～4.0×107个/mL之间。冻存2周后,每种密度各复苏3支,计算其活力,分析密度与活力之间是否存在相关性。如此,平行做2次。结果发现,不同的细胞冻存密度与细胞复苏后的活力之间有相关性。

BHK21 cells at logarithmic phase were frozen at four densities,0.5 × 10^7～4.0 × 10^7 cells/mL.After two weeks,the cells at each density in three tubes were recovered.Their vitality was calculated,and its relationship with cell density was statistically analyzed.The above steps were repeated twice.The results showed that the density of frozen cells was related to the viability after recovery.
