摘要
该试验旨在研究中药复方透皮贴剂的药效作用。结果显示,中药复方透皮贴剂提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有很好的抑菌效果,可显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度(P<0.01或P<0.05),对乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性也有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),能减少乙酸所致小鼠的扭体次数。结果证实,中药复方透皮贴剂具有较好的抑菌、抗炎、镇痛作用。
The aim of this research was to explore the drug action of the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch.The results showed that the extracting solution of compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch had good bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli.It also had significant resistant effects on dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model （P〈0.01 or 0.05）.It had a significant inhibitory action on acetic acid inducing mouse abdominal capillary permeability （P〈0.01 or 0.05） and resisted the writhing action caused by acetic acid.The experiment indicated that the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch had good bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory and analgesia effect.
