Foreign direct investment has played an important role for improving the governance structure of listed companies and promoting the healthy development of capital markets. The paper analyzed the present situation of the governance structure of Chinese listed companies. Combining with the characteristics of foreign investment, it discussed the influence of foreign investment on governance structure of listed companies and the use for reference.
