摘要
基于理论研究和文献研究相结合的方法,概述女性人力资本投资的研究现状,指出受传统性别观念、经济观念、社会观念的影响,女性人力资本在教育、在职培训、健康、迁移投资等方面都存在性别歧视问题,并提出消除女性人力资本投资性别歧视的政策建议。
Based on theoretical research and literature study, the paper summarized the research status of female human capital investment, and pointed out that influenced by the traditional gender concepts, economy concepts and society concepts, there is a problem of sex discrimination in education, on-the-job training, health and migration investment for female human capital. Then it put forward relevant policy suggestions of eliminating sex discrimination in female human capital investment.
