Dilemmas and solutions:analysis on employment social support network for home-returned peasant workers

由于深受金融危机的影响,返乡农民工的家庭生活、就业情况堪忧,而来自自然支持体系(社会关系网)、正式支持体系(政府等正式部门)以及非正式支持体系(各种非政府组织等福利机构)的支持仍处于贫乏和缺失的境地。应整合与利用政府、社会组织、社会工作者、社会关系网等主体的力量与资源,为返乡农民工构建一个完善的就业社会支持网络,为其提供物质、行为、精神等方面的支持。

With the influence of the world financial crisis,the home-returned peasant workers＇ status of family life and employment are very poor which need to be paid more attentions to,while the nature support network（the social relations network）,the official support network（the official departments such as the governments） and the unofficial support network（all kinds of social welfare organizations such as non-governmental organizations） are still weak and scarce.A perfect employment social support network for the home-returned peasant workers should be constructed and the material supports,behavioral supports and spiritual supports should be provided by integrating and utilizing the forces and resources from the governments,social organizations,social workers,social relation networks and so on.
