摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理对血液病化疗患者应用PICC置管后并发症发生的影响。方法:将62例接受PICC置管的血液病化疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上,根据患者的具体情况实施针对性护理措施。结果:实验组患者PICC置管并发症的发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对血液病患者行PICC置管化疗,并采用针对性的护理措施,能降低PICC置管并发症的发生。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of targeted nursing on the complications of blood chemo - treatment patients with PICC tube. Methods： 62 cases of patients blood chemo- treatment patients with PICC tube were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,31 patients in each group. The routine care was used for control group, and targeted nursing was added to experimental group on the base of control group. Results： The complicating disease of PICC tube in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Targeted nursing used for tumour patients with PICC tube can reduce the PICC complications significantly, so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
