中国与东盟矿产资源合作现状研究

Study on the Cooperation between China and ASEAN in the Field of Mineral Resources

全球金融危机蔓延之际,原油、铁矿石、铜、铝等原材料价格持续大幅上涨,中国与东盟的矿产资源合作将成为我国破解矿产资源瓶颈制约的重要途径。目前我国与东盟的矿产资源合作以矿产品贸易为主,中国对东盟存在较大逆差,双方的矿业既有互补性也存在竞争性。中国—东盟自由贸易区的建设对双方矿业发展有深远影响,在矿产资源日渐稀缺的今天,更应扩大我国与东盟的矿产资源合作,一方面继续发展一般贸易,另一方面加快"走出去"的步伐。

With the deep chill spreading of the global financial crisis, the prices of raw materials, such as crude oil, iron ore, copper, aluminum continue to soar. To cooperate with ASEAN on mineral resources would be an important way for China to break the choke point of mineral resources development. The present cooperation between China and ASEAN in the field of mineral resources is mainly in the form of general trade of minerals China owes trade deficit, and there are complementarities and competitions fur both parties. The construction of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area （CAFTA） will profoundly affect the mining industries on both sides. Since mineral resources have been increasingly scarce, China shall enhance the cooperation with ASEAN on mineral recourses by continuing to develop general trade as well as speeding up the ＂going global＂ strategy.
