摘要
玛钢即可锻铸铁,成份复杂,结构疏松,增加了电镀的难度;简要介绍了玛钢管件电镀锌铁合金工艺规范,锌铁合金取代普通镀锌,不仅达到镀层防护性能的要求,防护性能不次于热浸镀锌,而且成本比热浸镀锌玛钢件成本低50%。
This paper briefly introduced the technology of bright Zn - Fe alloy plating for ductile iron piping works. Protective performance of coating achieve need. This technology substitutes common zinc - plating not only performance is good but also production cost is lower 50% than heat zinc - plating.
