河北省平原地区城市化新战略,要围绕着做大做强环渤海都市圈,以建设大城市、特大城市为模式。而且要抓住战略机遇期用极有利条件乘势而上。实行新模式,既有必要性、可行性和可操作性,又有急迫性。

The urbanization of the plain areas in Hebei should aim at the big cities around Bohai and targeted at building large and extreme large cities.The strategic opportunity should be seized and the very favorable conditions should be used.The realization of the new mode is necessary,feasible,operable and urgent.
