关于民族地区高校辅导员队伍建设的思考

On the Thoughts about Counsellor's Building of Contingent of Ethnic Minority Area University

高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。民族地区高校处在反分裂、反西化分化的前沿,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、维护高校团结稳定工作意义重大,必须加强辅导员队伍建设。通过调查发现,目前民族地区高校辅导员队伍建设存在不足,提出了从增强领导意识、明确辅导员岗位职责、完善激励机制和强化培养机制等方面进行改革完善该队伍的方法。

A university counsellor is the backbone who launches university student＇s ideological and political education,and plays an important role in students＇ ideology and politics educational work. As Ethnic minority area universities are in the forefront of anti-separation and anti-westernization,they play a significant role in strengthening university students＇ideological and political education and maintaining the solidarity and stability of universities in minority areas. Thus counsellor＇s building of contigent must be promoted. The survey shows that counsellor＇s building of contingent of universities in minority areas is not so efficient,which can be enhanced from strengthening the leadership consciousness,determining counsellor＇s post duty,perfecting the incentive mechanism and intensifying training systems.
