The Bottlenecks and Countermeasures of Locally-granted Student Loans in Western Region

从我国西部地区生源地助学贷款实施的现状出发,找出制约西部地区生源地助学贷款顺利实施的瓶颈问题,并从增强地方经济实力、健全管理机构、完善相关制度等方面提出对策建议,以期进一步推进生源地助学贷款有效开展。

Based on the current situation in western regions,we have identified the bottlenecks which constraint the smooth implementation of locally-granted student loans.In order to further promote the effective implementation of student loans,we make some countermeasures such enhancing local economic strength,refining sound administration and perfecting related systems.
