A Study of the Training Model of Practical Talents in IT Specialty in Local Colleges

地方院校的IT类专业教育肩负着计算机应用型人才的培养重任。通过对地方院校IT人才培养模式现状及存在问题的分析,并结合衡水学院计算机科学与技术专业建设实际,从教学方案优化、师资队伍建设、教学方法改革和课程设置等方面进行培养模式研究,探索了地方院校IT类专业应用型人才培养的方法。

IT specialty in local colleges takes on an important task of training practical talents in computer.This paper first makes an analysis of the current training model of practical IT talents in local colleges and the existing problems,and then,combined with the reality of the specialty construction of computer science and technology in Hengshui University,makes a study of the training model in optimizing teaching programme,constructing teaching team,reforming teaching methods and designing curriculum,and finally explores the training methods of pactical talents training in IT speciality in local colleges.
