急诊科心房颤动病人疾病相关知识掌握现状调查

Survey on Atrial Fibrillation Patients' Disease-related Knowledge in Emergency Department

目的了解急诊科心房颤动病人疾病相关知识的掌握现状。方法采用翻译成中文的"病人心房颤动知识调查问卷"对急诊科就诊的98例心房颤动病人进行调查。结果 98例病人问卷得分为(17.22±5.83)分;病人对问卷5个部分相关知识的掌握情况中,在心房颤动症状方面得分最高,在抗凝治疗方面得分最低;不同发病次数、婚姻状况病人,问卷得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),而不同年龄和性别的病人则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊科心房颤动病人对心房颤动知识的掌握比较匮乏。建议急诊科护理人员应切实做好心房颤动知识的健康教育,加强抗凝治疗方面的宣教,尤其对初次发病和非在婚病人,以促进病人康复及预防再次复发。

Objective To understand patients＇ knowledge of atrial fibrillation（AF） in emergency department. Methods 98 AF patients were surveyed with the questionnaire of patient knowledge of atrial fibrillation designed of Chinese Version. Results The total score of the questionnaire was （17.22±5.83）, Patients lacked knowledge about atrial fibrillation. There were differences in the resuits of five sets of the questionnaire. There were statistically differences among scores of AF patients with different marital status and onset times （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, while no significant statistical differences among AF patients with different gender and age （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients with atrial fibrillation lack knowledge about the disease and related information should be available for them to enhance patients＇ recovery.
