摘要
本文介绍了日本大分大学附属医院护士长夜班总值班制度的做法和效果,结合我国护士长夜查房制度进行对比分析。该制度每天夜间由1名护士长值班,负责医院夜间的护理行政和业务管理,使医院24h护理管理不间断,加强了安全管理,为夜班护士提供了全面的指导和保障。借鉴日本做法,我国可在现行的护士长夜查房制度基础上设立护士长夜班总值班制度,为夜班护士提供持续的技术和心理支持,将有利于提高夜间护理质量,促进护士的成长;同时也有利于锻炼护士长的综合协调、全面管理能力,达到双向培训的目的。
This paper gives a full description of head-nurse night-shift system in the affiliated hospital of Oita University. According to the system, one head nurse takes charge for nursing administration and business management at night, which offers 24-hour enhanced security management for patients and overall guidance and guarantee for nurses. Taking lesson from Japan, we can combine the current head-nurse ward-around system in China with head-nurse night-shift system, regulating the head-nurse-taking-general- charge night-shift system. Such a system is not only conducive to providing continued technical and psychological supports for nurses on night-shift, improving quality of night-shift but also to enhance head nurses' ability in integration and coordination.
