护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用

总结手术室应用手术患者系列类、警示类、环境类护理标识的方法与效果。根据手术患者的病情分别予其佩戴不同颜色的手腕带;对药物过敏的患者用塑料薄板制成长方形标牌悬挂在手术室输液架上;对不同部位输液管道进行分类,以不同颜色的标签标识;术中用药采用不同颜色的无菌标签张贴在注射器上;手术室的不同分区、器械及设备、不同手术间的要求等均采用不同颜色及图案的标识醒目标示。在实施护理标识前(2004—2006年),医护人员对手术室工作满意度为75.4%,实施护理标识后(2007年9月—2009年9月),医护人员对手术室工作满意度提高到92.1%。应用护理标识前术中护理用药错误率为8.1%,应用护理标识后护理用药差错率下降到了3.6%,无1例因身份、输液管道识别错误等导致的差错。说明护理标识对保障患者的安全、提高护理防范能力、规范护理行为起着有效的作用。

This paper summarizes the effect of different labels applied in operation room. Labels with different colors and designs were distributed based on different situations and different patients. After the application of different labels, satisfying degree to operating room increased from 75.4% （2004-2006） to 92.1% （Sep. 2007-Sep. 2009）. And error incidence in drug administration decreased from 8.1 to 3.6%. Different nursing labels can ensure patient＇s safety, improve capabilities of nursing prevention and standardize behavior of nursing care.
