社区妇女与妇科门诊患者宫颈癌及其筛查认知情况比较

Comparison Study on Cognition of Cervical Cancer and Its Screening between Community Females and Gynecological Outpatients

目的分别描述社区妇女和妇科门诊患者对于宫颈癌及其筛查的认知程度,并进行比较。方法采用方便抽样的方法 ,选择100名北京某社区的妇女和149名北京某三甲医院妇科门诊就诊的病人,使用自制问卷对研究对象进行认知情况的调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果社区研究对象宫颈癌及其筛查知识的得分为(6.34±2.77)分;门诊研究对象得分为(4.68±3.48)分。妇科门诊患者对宫颈癌及其筛查知识的得分明显低于社区妇女(t=4.178,P<0.05),其各选项的正确率均低于社区妇女,各选项的不确定率均高于社区妇女。对宫颈癌筛查现状的调查显示,在妇科门诊患者中有59.1%的人近5年每年至少进行1次宫颈防癌筛查,而在社区妇女中仅有21.0%做到这点;同时,社区妇女进行防癌筛查的首要原因是单位体检,而妇科门诊患者是自觉身体不适。结论妇科门诊患者对于宫颈癌及其筛查的认知程度较社区妇女低,而社区妇女进行宫颈防癌筛查的时间间隔普遍大于妇科门诊患者。同时,妇科门诊患者进行宫颈防癌筛查的首要原因与社区妇女不同。

Objective To describe and compare the cognition on cervical cancer and its screening from females in communities and gynecological outpatients respectively. Methods Convenience sampling was applied to survey 100 females in certain community and 149 gynecological outpatients from certain hospital in Beijing with self-designed questionnaire. Statistics analysis was conducted on the results. Results Females in community got score of （6.34±2.77） while gynecological outpatients got （4.68±3.48）. Obviously, gynecological outpatients knew less than females in community. Survey on situation of cervical cancer screening showed that 59.1% of gynecological outpatients had at least one screening in recent five years while 21.0% females in community did so. The principal reason of screening for females in community was the physical examination while for gynecological outpatients, the major reason was feeling uncomfortable. Conclusion There is lower degree of cognition of cervical cancer from gynecological outpatients than females in community. And there is longer screening interval in females in community than those in gynecological out-patient department. The principal reason for screening is different.
