摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]引发缺血性脑梗死的机制对预防缺血性脑梗死的临床意义。方法对脑梗死组150例和对照组110例的血清同时进行了Hcy、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、Lp(a)5项平行检测,并做对比分析。结果脑梗死组Hcy、TG、TC、LDL、Lp(a)5项水平及阳性率均高于对照组,脑梗死组中各项目阳性检出率为Hcy(40.6%)>Lp(a)(27.3%)>TG(21.3%)>TC(19.3%)>LDL(17.3%)。结论血浆Hcy、Lp(a)水平增高与脑血管疾病密切相关,及早检测血浆中Hcy、Lp(a)水平,对心脑血管疾病的预防、治疗有着非常积极的意义。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of homocystein(Hcy) and lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] causing ischemic cerebral infarct,and the clinical significance of preventing ischemic cerebral infarct.Methods The serum levels of Hcy,TG,Tc,LDL and Lp(a) were parallelly detected in 150 examples of ischemic cerebral infarct group and other 110 examples of the contrasting group.The contrastive analysis was conducted.Results The levels of Hcy,TG,TC,LDL,Lp(a) and their positive rate in ischemic cerebral infarct group were higher than those in the contrasting group,the positive rate of the five indexes was Hcy (40.6%) Lp(a) (27.3%) TG (21.3%) TC (19.3%) LDL (17.3%).Conclusion The serum levels of Hcy and Lp(a) is closely related with cerebrovascular disease.Detecting the serum level of Hcy and Lp(a) has as early as possible positive significance for preventing and curing cerebrovascular diseases.
