纤维支气管镜下局部药物注射治疗支气管内膜结核疗效临床分析

Clinical analysis of efficacy of local injections through bronchofiberscope for 47 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis

目的探讨纤维支气管镜下局部注药治疗支气管内膜结核的临床疗效。方法将94例支气管内膜结核患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在全身化疗基础上给予纤维支气管镜下药物注射治疗,对照组在全身化疗基础上给予雾化治疗,比较2个月后临床症状、胸部X线表现以及6个月后纤维支气管镜下病理改变。结果治疗组与对照组比较,2个月后临床症状以及胸部X线表现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后纤维支气管镜下改变比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜下局部治疗支气管内膜结核疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injections through bronchofiberscope for endobronchial tuberculosis.Methods 94 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were divided into the therapeutic group including 47 cases and the control group including 47 cases.The therapeutic group was given local injections through bronchofiberscope on the basis of systemic chemotherapy.The control group was given the spray treatment on the basis of systemic chemotherapy.We compared the clinical symptoms after 2 months,the pectoral show of X-ray after 2 months and the pathological changes under bronchoscopy after 6 months.Results Through comparing,the clinical symptoms and the pectoral show of X-ray after 2 months had significant difference（P0.05）.The pathological changes under bronchoscopy after 6 months had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The local treatment through bronchofiberscope for endobronchial tuberculosis has significant efficacy.It is worthy to be popularized.
