腹腔镜行卵巢畸胎瘤剥出术47例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 47 cases of ovarian teratoma enucleation by laparoscopy

目的探讨应用腹腔镜进行卵巢畸胎瘤剥出术的临床疗效。方法对47例卵巢畸胎瘤患者进行腹腔镜肿瘤剥出术,46例采用传统的开腹手术行畸胎瘤剥出术。就其术中破裂率,手术时间;术后肛门排气时间、住院时间已经术后第3天体温进行比较分析。结果两种方法破裂率和平均手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹腔镜组患者术后肛门排气时间、住院时间少于开腹手术组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜剥除手术具有损伤小,恢复快,住院时间短等优点,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic enucleation for ovarian teratoma.Methods 47 cases of ovarian teratoma were given laparoscopic enuclation.46 cases were given the traditional laparotomic enucleation.To analyse and compare the intraoperative rupture rate,operative time,postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and postoperative body temperature after 3d.Results The rupture rate of two methods and the average operation time were not different（P0.05）.The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in laparoscopic group were less than those in laparotomic group.The difference was significant（P0.05）.The postoperative body temperature after 3d was not difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The laparoscopic enucleation has the advantages of little injury,fast recovery,short hospitalization time,which is worth of promoting.
